Beautiful vase with historical significance. Similar to the pieces of the neighbor's the cottage ( Barovier & Toso ) from the time. Was part of the sample collection of Ada Ferro and was purchased years ago by the now also deceased husband Gianfranco Zabot . Best proveinance. 100 % original and authentic. Producing about 1960-70. Very nice vase with important history.
Underside ground flat , minimal scratches.

Aldo Nason learned the glassmaking at AVEM , where his father was co-owner. He also learned in the Scuola di Disegno in Murano and especially with his father and his uncle Emilio Otello Nason . He worked from 1936 at Barovier , in vamsa and Ferro & Lazzarini . He returned to A.Ve.M. In 1937 and remained there as a staff Maestro until 1959, when he inherited the company share of his father. In 1967 he left the company and founded his own company in 1968 Aldo Nason Vetri Artistici , which existed until 1980.
