Alfredo Barbini a ”Vetro Pesante” Vase Vetreria Alfredo Barbin, 1962

Alfredo Barbini, a sculptural “Vetro Pesante Sasso Su Piede” vase. Clear cased glass body with submerged layers in ruby red and partly smoke-brown tinted glass. The surface is finished with all around small carved grooves in so called “inciso”-technique. The vase body in flat-oval bulb form on cylindrical foot. Highest Quality! by Vetreria Alfredo Barbini, Murano-Italy, 1962. Incised signed with A. Barbini to underside.

Excellent condition, with no cracks, chips or repairs.
