  • Aldo Nason, born 1920 Murano.
  • Title Vase ' Yokohama ' in 1969, design: Aldo Nason Vetri Artistici, Murano.
  • Amorphous, asymmetric form, blue overlaid glass, in the layers embedded gold-foil, aventurin and green glass. 
  • Under the state signed: Aldo Nason (diamand). 
  • High: 28 cm.
  • Excellent condition.
  • Aldo Nason learned the glassmaking at AVEM , where his father was co-owner . He also learned in the Scuola di Disegno in Murano and especially with his father and his uncle Emilio Otello Nason . He worked from 1936 at Barovier , in vamsa and Ferro & Lazzarini . He returned to A.Ve.M.  In 1937 and remained there as a staff Maestro until 1959, when he inherited the company share of his father. In 1967 he left the company and founded his own company in 1968 Aldo Nason Vetri Artistici , which existed until 1980.
